Mr. Kishore Borra holds a dual Masters in Physics and Energy Systems with gold medals. He is a lecturer turned software Engineer, now Managing Director of an IT company, EnergyTech Global, in Hyderabad, India. Kishore is also a Leadership Evangelist and a certified member of the John Maxwell Team (JMT) of coaches, speakers, and trainers. He is passionate about personal development in all its forms, and his specialty is leadership. Kishore authored two leadership books, Don’t Coast and GET LEADERized. He also serves as a Managing Committee member of the Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association (HYSEA).
Rajiv Chelladurai has over 25 years of experience in the corporate world, having worked for some leading business entities, including Tata’s, Birla’s, Max New York Life Insurance, and BPL. In his last assignment, Rajiv was the Chief Distribution Excellence Officer at Tata AIA Life Insurance Co. Ltd. and a key member of the Executive Committee. During his distinguished career, Rajiv has donned several roles, including Sales and Distribution, Driving Innovation, leading Digital Interventions, and championing critical Organizational Transformation initiatives.
Rajiv is a certified Executive & Life coach. He is also a certified EQi Coach and Assessor and a certified Heartstyles Leadership assessor and coach. Rajiv has authored 4 books – GIFT, Wisdom Workout, Fearless in Battle, and his latest release Leadership Parables.
Rajiv has currently set up his own organization ‘ERGOS MIND’ to use the skill, expertise, and experience he has gained during his corporate stint to add value to corporate organizations and educational institutions. He specializes in facilitating several workshops across various topics ranging from Leadership,
Peter Samuel has worked in various capacities & roles in the corporate world for more than 30 years. His core professional domain has been Banking and Financial Services sector. He is the former Site Director of Berkadia India and C.E.O. of Allitserve Consulting.
His focus has always been building individuals leading to outperforming teams and ensuring Organizational Excellence. His ‘People Connect’ has always been his defining deliverable. Over the years he has developed people-centred strategies and invested his time and thinking into ‘How Individuals can be aptly trained and made future ready’. Several instances of his work life point to this commitment. Peter firmly believes that the health and the worth of an organization is seamlessly linked to its people assets, unless the right talent is sourced there can’t be a requisite growth for the organization.
